I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the superb loft conversion that was done in our house, every person that came to work on the project- carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasters, scaffolding, tilers etc, were highly professional and very respectful of our home.

The house and work was always left immaculately tidy; even tools were tidy in the garage!

The craftsmanship and work done is of the highest quality finish and we are so proud of this new part of our house, it is by far the best thing we have ever had done and I would always be happy to recommend your company to people in the future.

Making the right choice of builder for our loft conversion was our main priority. Having spoken to a number of potential companies it was a great relief to discuss our design plans with someone as knowledgable as Dave Coppin. Anyone considering a loft conversion needs to understand how the project will develop. Dave and his team made sure that we were aware of each stage and how it may impact on us. All the worries we had before the build started were taken away by the professional manner in which Coppin Lofts dealt with each stage of the conversion. Dave's advice on the internal layout of the loft made a real difference, allowing walls to be repositioned to make the most of the space available. Nothing was too much Trouble. Every member of the Coppin team knew exactly what needed to be done and when. We soon realised this was the true benefit of using a specialist loft conversion company and not a standard building contractor.

From the first scaffolding being installed, through the total removal of the old roof, installation of new attic trusses, tiles, building new gables, internal walls, plastering, plumbing and electrics took just 7 weeks. No time was wasted and the loft conversion developed on a daily basis. We cannot thank Dave and the team from Coppin Loft Conversions enough. We now have a loft conversion that has totally transformed the whole of our living space.

Coppin Loft Conversions completed a loft conversion for us in June of this year. I found David Coppin to be very a trustworthy person and was happy to leave him in my house when we were not home. He was very reliable and punctual and worked a full day (weather permitting). We were happy with the standard of work completed and whenever there were alterations, Dave was happy to discuss them and see our point of view. Dave dealt with all his subcontractors and ensured they also worked to a high standard of workmanship.
