The photos below show the main stages involved in converting your loft into valuable living space. Our workmen will always ensure that the disruption to your home is kept to a minimum. They will clear up at the end of each day and remove all rubbish from the site on completion.
Although it will be necessary to turn off the electricity and also the water if you are having plumbing installed we will let you know in advance when this will be and we will never leave you without electricity or water overnight.

Structural strengthening and support steelwork, joists and floors.

Put in the windows to bring daylight into your loft. These can be Velux or dormer or a combination.

Made to measure staircase fitted to give you access to your loft.

First fix electrics and plumbing installation.

Install insulation to ensure that your loft doesn't lose heat.

Fit internal partitions to create the rooms you want.

Plasterboard and plastering.

Create access into the eaves to ensure you don't lose any valuable storage space.

Fix carpentry: doors, architrave, skirting, handrails and spindles to stairs then fix electrics: light switches, power sockets, lights, TV points, mains smoke detectors.

Fix plumbing: radiators, bathroom suite, underfloor heating if required. Fix wall tiles and floor tiles.
