Following your initial inquiry, we will make a free consultation visit and quickly determine the feasibility and potential of your loft. We will discuss your specific requirements and advise you on their suitability. You can then decide between our two basic loft conversion options: a complete conversion or a structure-only conversion.The complete conversion includes all the structural work plus internal partitions, plastering, woodwork, electrics, plumbing and tiling. Your loft conversion is then ready for painting and decorating. Although we do not offer a decorating service we can recommend local firms to do this for you if you wish. The structure-only conversion includes all the steelwork, joists, insulation, windows and staircase leaving all the internal finishing to be done by you. We are always happy to tailor these options to meet your individual requirements.

We will then prepare a full specification and fixed price quotation which is valid for 8 weeks. Once you have accepted our quote, our architects will draw up plans which will be submitted to your Local Authority for approval if required. We will also prepare and submit Building and Fire Regulation plans and work will usually start within one month of these being approved.
